Well, I've finally got the website up. Whew! It takes a lot more work then I ever realized to create a website, but I am rather pleased with the overall appearance of the site, and with the content of my paper, so all in all, I guess I can't complain.

There's a great deal of material on this site (all linked, of course!) that was made to augment the main body of work, and I invite you to peruse that as well. The bibliography I have included is not actually comprehensive, though it is extensive, and the annotated bibliography includes several works that I do not actually site in my paper; I just thought that information might be useful to someone.
